How far ahead do I need to book?
Most of our clients book their next one or two appointments when they leave the salon. This enables them to secure the best time and date with their preferred stylist around their schedule. These can, of course be changed if necessary. And it is not unheard of for the super organised, booking the whole year ahead.
Thursday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular times for appointments with our stylists and it is essential to book in advance for these particularly busy times to save any disappointment.
Should you wish to re-arrange an appointment please let us know as early as you can to help accommodate you, and kindly give us no less than 24 hours for a cancellation to help us to accommodate others waiting. Our time is really precious, and when clients fail to let us know they can’t make an appointment we lose the time (and money) to offer this time to others.
Left it to the last minute? This may not be a problem as we have a cancellation list which is checked everyday so that we can do our best to accommodate guests who are waiting for an appointment. Our system will automatically tell us, when an appointment becomes available so we can then contact you when they become free.
