KLARNA – Buy now. Pay later.  You have the option to pay in 30 days, or over three monthly payments at no extra cost to you.

One of the following options must be used to book, secure and guarantee your appointment.  All we ask is that you honour our 48 hour no show, late cancellation or rescheduling policy which can be found below.

DEPOSITS are still available but are not required to secure a booking either online, over the phone or in person – with the exceptions of Hair Extension, Colour Corrections and any services over four hours long.  If you want to continue to make a booking with a deposit for convenience, it helps manage your personal finances, or you want someone to make part of full payment on your behalf, we are able to process any amount and hold this on your client account.

PRE AUTHORISATION – A new alternative easier, stress free solution is now available.  Sheen now has the facility when making bookings to store and hold your credit card details securely and safely on your client record at the time of booking.  Both online and in salon.

To secure and guarantee any appointment and the services booked with online, over the telephone or in salon Pre Authorisation or 50% deposit on a credit card is required.  The credit card or deposit will be held on your client account at the time of booking.

If using the Pre Authorisation there will be no charge to the card when any booking is made.

Your credit card details are stored safely and protected within our booking system.  No salon employee or 3rd party has access to these details.  We will never pass these details to any 3rd party.  The credit card details will remain on your client records for ease of use when booking and making payments for our salon services and products.  The credit card details will remain on your client account until a request is made to remove or change with another card.

To cancel or reschedule any appointment we require no less than 48 hours notice prior to your booked appointment time.

In the event we do not receive 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule or you no show you will lose the deposit or if using a credit card to pre authorise a charge to your card will be taken at 50% of the cost of booked services.  If we are able to fill the cancelled appointment with another booking there may be no charge.

At the time of booking you will receive a confirmation booking alert with the services, booked, which stylist, date and time.  If these are incorrect or need to be changed please let us know immediately.

When you have booked in advance, you will receive two booking reminders.  One by email seven days previous to you appointment and one by text message four days before.  This allows for any changes to be made within our 48 hours cancellation policy.  Please ensure we have the correct email and telephone number for you to receive these.  You can also manage and confirm your appointment via our text service.

You will find on your booking reminder where they can be updated or please let our team know who can arrange the changes for you.  If you prefer a reminder by phone please let us know and we will arrange this for you.

If you booked online you are able to manage your bookings there by logging onto you account.

Alternatively you may request any changes to bookings by telephone on 020 8940 6464 or by email manager@sheensalon.com which is monitored our of hours and we will ensure your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in time.  If you call our salon and leave a telephone message our of hours, please note these messages are not monitored remotely and we are not able to guarantee the booking will be cancelled in time.  Please send an email instead.

A 50% deposit is required for all hair extension services.  Once the hair has been ordered and an appointment booked the 50% deposit is non refundable.  We require 14 days notice for hair extensions to be cancelled or rescheduled for appointments longer than four hours.

A 50% deposit is required for any colour correction/change or any appointment times longer than four hours.

Refunds will only be given on any deposit when notice of cancellation is no less than the time required for any salon service mentioned above.  Any fees for handling a refund will be charged and taken when processed on the same credit card used.

On the rare occasion and for any reason Sheen Hair Salon cannot fulfill your booked appointment you will be offered an alternative stylist, another date and time which is convenient for you and any deposit will be transferred.

If for any reason your appointment cannot be fulfilled, we will offer you a full refund without any charge.

Sheen Hair Salon consistently works hard in providing the ultimate salon experience and by requesting pre authorisation or deposit it minimises the negative impact to you, other salon clients and our business when effected by no shows and late cancellations.  Having this facility in place minimises cancelled or lost appointments which can be made available to clients who are serious about showing up.  We understand there are rare occasions which calls for emergency and unexpected situations out of our control arise.  When this happens we stay committed to working with you for an alternative solution.  Please speak to one of our team as soon as these occasions arise so we can better manage this for all concerned at the time.
