For all new clients we recommend booking a 1st visit Consult, Cut & Style appointment (75-90minutes) which includes an in-depth consultation, tricho camera scalp analysis, skin, hair and strand tests, tips and advice. Also includes personalised hair detox/treatment in preparation for your hair journey and goals.

Our products are green, safe, clean, and with less chemicals and toxins.  Our packaging supports unnecessary packaging and plastic usage, and recommends REUSE, RECYCLE AND REFILL.

*For your safety and well-being all new clients to the salon or colour a skin test may be required 48 hours before your appointment. All prices to be confirmed at consultation. Services which take longer than the standard appointment time will incur an extra charge. Global regrowth length is approximately 1/2 inch and foils max 3 inches. All our services are unconditionally guaranteed. All technical services are booked with a cut & style or blow dry appointment.

Sheen Salon does not accept cash as payment for its services. It is now a cashless salon. All major credit and debit cards including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are accepted. Tips are not handled by Sheen Salon but handed directly to the stylist or through ThankU here.

To secure and guarantee your requested appointment time, stylist and service(s) a deposit of 50% will be required for all clients prebooking any appointment made in salon or online.

Deposits will be requested at the time of online bookings or in person, over the phone or by a link sent via email or SMS. We request the deposit is paid no later than seven days prior to booked appointment time. If payment is not received seven days previous to the allocated time the appointment will be released without notification.

For last minute bookings, (within seven days of any appointment) we request a deposit is paid by end of working day of booking the appointment. If the payment is not received the appointment will be released without notification.
To secure and guarantee any booking(s) made on and for the same day or with any promotional offer, a non-refundable 100% payment is requested at time of booking. Non-refundable payments/deposits for an appointment within 24hours, which are cancelled, rescheduled or no shows will not be refunded.

The deposit is transferable providing you have given no less than 24 hours notice and reschedule your original appointment within 21 days.

Any payment of a deposit will be held on your Sheen account/client record and deducted from the final bill at final payment. (We do not hold any credit card details)

Refunds will only be given on deposits when notice of a cancelation is no less than 24 hours in person, by telephone or email. If need to notify us outside of salon hours please contact us on email to advise. This email address is monitored outside of salon opening hours.

Any fees for handling a refund will be charged directly to the credit card which secured the booking.
When your appointment has been made you will receive a booking confirmation with the payment link with the deposit request to secure the allocated time and services. (If you have already made payment please ignore the booking link.)

On payment of deposit, your booking is confirmed. Saven days prior to your booked appointment you will receive a booking reminder by email. 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment your will receive a a booking reminder by text.

Should you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment we request you contact us on 0208 940 6464, email or through your online booking login up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, this is a late cancellation and you will lose your deposit, unless we are able to fill the appointment time with another booking. Filling your cancelled appointment time cannot be guaranteed.

A new deposit will be required to secure and guarantee another appointment.

On a rare occasion and for any reason Sheen Hair Salon cannot fulfil your booked appointment we will offer an alternative time convenient to you and your deposit will be transferred. If for any reason an alternative appointment cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a full refund of the deposit used to secure the appointment.

For multiple advance bookings, Sheen does not require deposits for all appointments made.. Alternatively, we offer an the option of a
“ nominal holding fee” which is held on account to cover advance bookings. For more information, please discuss this option with one of our team when making multiple advance bookings.

Sheen salon consistently works in providing the ultimate salon experience and providing a deposit payment system minimises the negative impact to you, other clients and our business with no shows and late cancellations. Providing a deposit payment system minimises cancelled or lost appointments which can be made available to clients serious about showing up. We understand there are at times, calls for emergency and unexpected situations out of our control and we are committed in working with you for alternative solutions. Please talk to our team as soon as possible when these occasions arise.
