Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.

Your Exclusive  membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. Attempting to book services on behalf of someone else will bring this agreement to an immediate end.

Payments are due monthly and will be collected by scheduled payments from you designated Credit Card on the date of month you sign up. This is processed by STRIPE.  

We will not notify you when your membership period is coming to an end and will auto renew at the end of a 12 months month period unless you notify us to cancel.        

Once you sign up to any of our memberships you may take advantage of the benefits immediately.  There is no waiting time to get started.

The membership agreement has no tie in and is on a month by month basis (subject to terms under the heading “Cancellation”).

We may make reasonable changes to the VIP Blow Dry Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18.  You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address.

If your credit card fails to make a payment from your account when due Sheen Salon will notify you of this by telephone or email to advise you of this.  You will have seven days to make payment.  Your membership with be put on hold and no further services can be redeemed under the membership until payment has been received. 

If you cancel your monthly payment without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”). If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days, you agree that we may use you credit card to recover the full outstanding amount

You will in these circumstances have the option to instead cancel your membership in line with the terms of this agreement under the heading cancelation.

You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total tariff or list price of the services.

To cancel or reschedule any membership appointments we require no less than 48 hours notice prior to your booked appointment.  

You may request any changes to bookings by telephone on 020 8940 6464 or by email manager@sheensalon.com which is monitored our of hours and we will ensure your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in time.  If you call our salon and leave a telephone message our of hours, please note these messages are not monitored remotely and we are not able to guarantee the booking will be cancelled in time.  Please send an email instead.

In the event we do not receive 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule or you no show, the membership service will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed on an alternative date or time.    

This will not affect remaining services under the membership terms.   

If you have other salon services booked please see the T&C’s for these when booking.

Once we receive your cancelation confirmation, we will then remove you from the Membership and normal pricing of our services will resume.

If you cancel your membership, you are able continue to redeem the fabulous services paid for in the current month.  

Sheen Hairdressing LTD can withdraw your VIP BLOW DRY membership offer at any time by giving one months notice. Notice can be given by email to the email account that you have given at time of signing up for this offer.
