At Sheen we take our education very seriously and our future hairdressers fast track their career with a robust education programme before they leave school which fast tracks their apprenticeship by up to six months.

Practise, Practise, Practise

It cannot be underestimated, the importance of applying the theory and having models to practise hands on as an apprentice and ongoing advanced training for our stylists too. Education is offered. to introduce and improve new learning, new skills, confidence and competence across our team.

In short we are supporting them to become “client and service ready” to fulfil Sheen’s robust and rigorous assessment process.

At Sheen we offer you the opportunity to receive a haircut and colour by our apprentices, and their education and results meet the current criteria of basic and advanced NVQ 1, 2 ,3 qualification, in a fully supervised training salon environment.

Respectively we ask for you to allow extra time and patience when attending these days.

Analysis, Hair and Scalp analysis & testing
Shampoo and Condition
Specific Styling, Colour and Cutting, Smoothing including scientific and technical skills

Reception and Appointments
Hair Care advise and recommendation
Building a Clientele
Communication and Promotion
