Here are 3 Steps to help you live a more relaxed holistic life
- Meditate – Most people find meditation difficult at first, it’s normal for the mind to be busy. This is why we need to calm the mind, breathe and calm the nervous system. Start with 5 mins a day and work up. Or take time just for you each day.
- Move Your Body – It is recommended to move the body for 20 mins daily, go for a brisk walk, dance, swim. Find what you love to do and do that. This will improve your mood, move stagnant energy and give you energy.
- Eat Whole Fresh Cooked Foods – Don’t get hung up on diets or the newest eating trend, just eat healthy fresh foods. Keep it simple, this will reduce inflammation, improve gut health and improve your energy levels.
In summary a healthy lifestyle = a healthy life, look after your Mind, Body and Soul and you will experience glowing skin, glossy hair, a strong body, and a healthy relationship with yourself.
